Plot:
A long time ago Rayen was a thriving equine community. Wild horses roamed the plains living in an equal society. Days were spent carelessly grazing on emerald tendrils while the foals frolicked in the high meadows. The elite stallions stood watch over their own generous herds, living in an almost fairyland. Back then there were such hierarchies such as labeling equal equines as luce, rebels or darks. Back then, everyone was well equal. Strange it really was. For hundreds of years this is how it was. Nothing more then a simple pleasurable life for everyone. Years after bizarre things started happening to the equine’s perfect world. One day it would be a mysterious thing sounding in the forest and then next moment an equine would disappear into thin air. Another time it was like some were thinking they were being followed but when they looked nothing was there. Following that would be a murderous kill. Suddenly the equines were becoming highly suspicious of one another. Groups broke out into the ones well known today. The luces were the ones labeled for their every loving attitude. They believe that these strange happenings were just happen chances. They separated into their own colonies ruler by a single pair who kept the peace between them. Another group to the opposite extreme is the dark alliance. The darks just laughed off the silly happenings calling the ones who ran in fear the ultimate ‘babies’. Instead of taking it and moving on, they grasped the strange things, creating their own happenings. They became known as the killings of the lands- the ones helping Lucifer with his beloved deeds. Then there were the rebels; the middle men as you could call them. They didn’t care for either extreme side. They choose to rebel again the world and live like normal equines. They don’t care to kill but they aren’t huge softies like the luces.
Now that the realm had divided into three basic groups rules were written in stone defining each alliance. The stones were placed a top a mountain along with ‘puzzle pieces’ placed in each and every land. Slowly the evil had begun to kill off every equine and within the year this once thriving island has become nothing but a dusty realm scattered with carcasses. Decades passed as the island began to reform its self. Plant life began to prosper, water became pure, and rain began to fall and live was well again. The bones slowly became buried and the dust blew away. Single pair of equines, Torment and Malice were the founders of this new island. They began to lure other equines onto the land to be what it is today. Each of the alliances were separated in three ways in distinct groupings along with a head of them; the King and Queen of the alliance. Torment and Malice became the rules of the realm. They claimed to be of the rebel alliance but everyone knew they followed the path of the darks. They thrived on killing and destroying the world. Slowly Rayen began to prosper and their only heir, Vulturi was born. They left this earth for the depths of hell years ago when Vulturi was only at the mere age of four years old. It became his country to rule over. He had inherited the knowledge of the secrets of Rayen waiting to be found by each equine. They went something like this.
Over time the lands become inhabited. From the long ago past, puzzle pieces were hidden in each of the residing realms. These puzzle pieces were really just riddle clues written in stone somewhere in the claimed terras. The riddle pieces would be put together to found one large ancient scripture reading that would chase away the evil descending upon Rayen. Now do not be thinking that all is well during this time. Slowly as lands become inhabited, the spirits of the equines from the times of Torment and Malice are reappearing in ghosts form. They hunt and stalk the residing equines causing chaos and wrecking havoc upon Rayen. They choose to injure, stalk or kill and equine. Very few good spirits of the lights thrive, sending help to those injured or stalked. For the equines of Rayen must be the ones to stop this havoc from being wrecked before Rayen is once again but a death trap. There is a very simple solution to this problem. All terras of each alliance need to become claimed. The leaders will claim mares who will help them find the secrets hidden within. Once a herd has been developed, the clue written in stone will be revealed to the herd members. They muse keep there clue a secret until each one has been found for each of the alliance. Once a herd has gotten their clue, they take it to the Lord and Lady of their given alliance. Once all assembled from all three alliances, the Lord and Ladies will gather to solve the riddle. This will in turn, put a protector around Rayen keeping it from having the evil spirits wreck havoc and kill. It is not as easy as it sounds. Equines must work quickly to solve the puzzle. Either that or have Rayen become a ghost town once again.
Will Rayen become a ghost town again or will it thrive under the rule of Vulturi and Liluye? This is all up to you.
